He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Frank Presnell and Ollie Steele Presnell; his son Scottie Lee Presnell; and his parents-in-law, Lee and Virginia Kerley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Presnell; his sons, Mark Presnell, Brian Lackey (Tina) and Jason Lackey (Jessica); his grandchildren, Miles (Abbie), Peyton, Ryan, Allyson, Ivori, Rhylin, Brielynn, Kaitlyne, Jaylea, Jaxson, Lucas, Christine and Jesse; his great grandchild Oakley; the mother of his children Michele Wike Presnell; and his siblings-in-law, Katherine Hoyle (Ernest) and Bobby Sain. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
