We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2020, at the age of 54, Kevin Mark Sipes (Taylorsville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfred Monroe, Cution Lavaei Hass Sipes, Franklin Laney and Mrytle Poarch Bryant. He is survived by: his parents, William Richard and Judith Bryant Sipes; his wife Joan Wright Owen; his brother Richard Sipes (Crystal) of Taylorsville; his nephews, Riley Sipes of Taylorsville and Matthew Kirby of Lenoir; and his close friends, Chris Parker, Kevin Hamlin of Taylorsville and Graylon Gantt of Hickory.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society @ P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Alexander Funeral and Cremation Service.
