He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Oliver and Bobbie Jo White Oliver; and his brother-in-law Rev. James Rutland. He is survived by: his wife Donna Greene Oliver; his daughter Kenna Miller (Jared); and his siblings, Vonda Rutland of South Carolina, Joel Oliver (Sandra) and Robbie Oliver (GiGi) of South Carolina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
