Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Justin Eugene Mitchell of Taylorsville, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 37, on August 16, 2023. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred, Teen Mitchell, Bill and Hilda Bumgarner; and his uncles, Gene, Jason and Scottie Bumgarner.

He is survived by: his parents, Benny Ray Mitchell and Melissa "Tia" Bumgarner Mitchell of Taylorsville; his brother Jordan Mitchell (Nathalie) of Asheville; his uncle Freddy Mitchell (Roxanne) of Taylorsville; his aunts, Jo Mitchell of Taylorsville and Nancy Presnell of Taylorsville; his cousins, Bryon Mitchell, Garrett Hefner and Matthew Bumgarner; his great-aunt Jeannie Harrington Cropley; and also, Macy, Luke, Kayla Blackburn and Paul White.

Memorials may be made to Three Forks Baptist Church.
