With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Romania Lowe St. Clair (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Roosevelt Lowe; her children, Timothy Howard St. Clair, Nancy Ann St. Clair, Roger Alvin St. Clair and Hal Lowe St. Clair; her siblings, JC Lowe, Wayne Lowe, Wanda Lowe, Rowena Hubbard and Mable St. Clair; her granddaughter Melissa St. Clair; and her great great grandchild Freya Guthrie.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Bruce St. Clair (Melinda) and Pamela Grace St. Clair; and her sister Margie Hubbard. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to Little River Baptist Church, 2070 Little River Church Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
