He is survived by: his wife Cindy Jolly; his children, Danny Jolly (Gina Smith), Steven Jolly (Debbie) and Ashley Earp; his grandchildren, Dustin Jolly (Jessie) and Allie Jolly; his great grandchild Maci Jolly; his sister Shirley Jolly; his niece Debbie Lackey; his great-niece Abbie Bare; his great-nephew Simon Bare; and his grandsons, Garon Jolly, Robert Chapman, Quentin Burke, Lynn Marshall and Mike Jolly.
