She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Alston (Luther) of Taylorsville; her grandsons, Dorieon "Tre" Shuford of Eugene, OR and Jahdarrian "JD" Shuford of Taylorsville; and her sister Vergie Corpening of Kokomo, IN. She is also survived by foster sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
