He was predeceased by: his parents, A. S. Lowe and Gay Wallace Lowe; and his son Ronnie Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lowe; and his daughter Amanda Lowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to Alexander Hospice, 50 Lucy Echerd Lane, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
