He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Alspaugh and Eva Auton Alspaugh; his wife Vicky Harris Alspaugh; and his siblings, Jerry Lynn Alspaugh and Brenda Alspaugh Hoover Riddle.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Scott Alspaugh and Jayson Allen Alspaugh; his stepson Michael Brandon Allen; his stepgranddaughters, Hailey, Miranda and Aliza Allen; his sisters, Judy Alspaugh Hoover and Betty Jo Alspaugh Riddle; and his brothers-in-law, Adrian Harris and Timothy Harris.
