He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ledford and Ollie Williams Ledford; his wife Bettie Sue Adams Ledford; and his brothers, Leo, Reese, Billy, Lloyd, Clay, Harold and Ronnie.

He is survived by: his siblings, Donald, Gary and Kathy Garrett; his daughter Paula Brendle; and his grandsons, Eli, Silas, George and Noah.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
