He was predeceased by: his parents, Romie Spencer Pearson and Alba Elizabeth Johnson Pearson; his brother Lonnie Pearson; and his brother-in-law Tommy Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Pearson Passmore of High Point; his grandchildren, Kirstyn Lallie Passmore of Lexington and Dustin Joseph Passmore of Thomasville; his great grandchild Joseph Passmore of Thomasville; his siblings, Jimmy Pearson (Barbara) of Hiddenite, Rose Crouch (Billy) of Hiddenite, Darlene Brucke (Calvin) of Conover and Betty Smith of Hiddenite; and his sister-in-law Bernice Pearson of Taylorsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
