He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Palmer and Alma Stikeleather Palmer; and his sister Mary Lois Palmer Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee (Alexander); his children, Carol Fox (Ricky) and Todd Palmer (Carla); his grandchildren, Christopher Fox (Savannah), Brennan Fox (Kayli), Rachel Palmer and Livia Palmer; his great grandchildren, Nellie Fox and Callan Fox; and his brother-in-law Zeb Bowman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (7500 NC-127, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at the same location.
