It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanette Icenhour of Taylorsville, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ray Poovey and Bonnie Mae Hoover Poovey; her daughter Joy Jeanette Perry; and her stepdaughter Diann Stocks (David). She is survived by: her husband Everette Icenhour; her son Paul Ray Edwards (Debbie) of Newton; and her stepsons, Lynn Icenhour (Mindy) of Taylorsville, Clifford Icenhour (Kathy) of Taylorsville and David Icenhour (Debbie) of Taylorsville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a sister and a brother.
