We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2021, at the age of 44, Jason Duane Parkhurst (Taylorsville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jeffery Parkhurst; and his grandfathers, Charles Parkhurst and Gene Willis. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Parkhurst; his sister Wendy Pennell (Donny); his nephews, Alec Robinson, Alston Robinson and Carter Pennell; his niece Janie Pennell; and his grandmothers, Mary Ellen Willis and Dolores Parkhurst. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
