She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Atwell and Fannie Barnes; her son Steven Bumgarner; and her siblings, Vivian Lackey, Shirley Watts, Nancy Walker, Hilda Mash, Esther White, Wade Bumgarner and Barnes Bumgarner.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Houston Sprinkle; her siblings, Donna Rhyne (Chris) and Cainie Bumgarner (Pat); her daughter-in-law Cindy Bumgarner; and her close friend Sue Daniels.
