He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Herbert and Laura Jane Little Teague; and his siblings, Wade, Claude Teague, Mary Thomas, Evelyn Johnson and Mable Pritchard.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Presnell; his daughters, Kathy Williams and Kelly Bumgarner; his children-in-law, Mike Williams and Christy Bumgarner; and his grandson Jonathan Williams.
