She was predeceased by: her parents, Braskey Willis and Thelma Metcalf Willis; her son Darryl Griffin; her daughter-in-law Lorie Griffin; and her siblings, Margie Brock, Naomi Mc Peters and James Willis (Elizabeth).
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Griffin Cale (Edward), Dale Griffin of Kings, NC, Gary Griffin (Mila) of Hickory, Daniel Griffin and Jeffery Griffin; and her siblings, Linda McDaris (Bruce) of Weaverville, Juanita Bucknar (Jerald) of Weaverville, Harold Willis and J. C. Willis (Shirley) of Weaverville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
