It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Stephen Jones (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Howard and Hazel Louise Starnes Jones; his wife Mary Jane Jones; his niece Tammy Mathis; and his nephew Tracy Mathis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jan Roberts (Mike) of Hickory, Belinda Cole of Vale, Bruce Jones of Newton and Barry Jones (Wanda) of Newton; and his nephews, Stacy Mathis of Hickory and Bobby Jones (Brittany) of Hickory.
