He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howard and Elsie Elder Shoemaker. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Lib" Price Shoemaker; his children, Crystal Yamnitz (Rusty) of Taylorsville, Twyla Carr (Mike) of Columbia and Jock Shoemaker of Chicago, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Brandon Yamnitz of Davidson and Emily Carr of Columbia; and his great grandchild Andrew Yamnitz of Davidson.
The family has requested that donations be given to American Heart Association @ :7272 Greenville Avenue; Dallas, TX 75231-4596 .
