She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Calvin and Leora Smith Williams; her husband Thomas H. Forehand; and her siblings, Destine Williams, Lois Harris, Beulah Harrell, Ruby Webb, Ruth Holton, Ailene Foutch, Mary Elliot, Thomas, Calvin and Melvin Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie S. Forehand; her siblings, Jack Williams (Brenda) and Hazel Black (Bill); her granddaughter Ashley Walker; and her great grandchildren, Madalyn, Seth Shepherd, Westen, Airalyn, Avalyn and Declan Walker.
