He is survived by: his siblings, Kathie Ingram of Taylorsville, Louise Mitchell of Hiddenite and Gary Jolly of Taylorsville; and his close friends, Bobby Hubbard, Terry Payne, Rayford Pennell, Jill Mooneyham and Angie Stikeleather. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
