He is survived by: his significant other Betty; his daughter Kathy Warren (Dennis Rej) of New York; his grandchildren, Summer and Warren Rej of New York; his brother-in-law Gary Childers of Charlotte; and his caregiver Ruby Smyre of Stony Point.
