He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Collins; his daughters, Sheila Menge (James) of Mechanicsville, MD, Nancy Garrison (Tim) of Conover, NC and Kathryn Collins (Bryce Maretzki) of Baltimore, MD; his sisters, Edna Woods of Finley, Demmie Tidwell (Jim) of Havana, FL and Mildred Spencer (Gregory) of Chapin, SC; and his grandchildren, Timothy Edward Garrison of Conover and Annika Collins Maretzki of Baltimore, MD..
