He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Newland and Mary Louella Smith Williams; and his sister France Elveta Rice. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ann Morgan Williams; his son Brian Williams (Amber); his grandchildren, Caleb and Makayla; and his siblings, Stanley Dean Williams and Juanita Sue Warlick.
