He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Julius Setzer Sr. and Annie Mae England Setzer; his spouse Glennie Rose Lail Setzer; his children, Frankie Setzer (Melanie), Julius Setzer (Tiffanie) and Elizabeth Adams (Chris); his grandchildren, Leanna Steele (Austin), Landon Setzer, Sarah Lackey (Jordan White), Lauren Setzer, Lawson Setzer and Jackson Setzer; his stepgrandchildren, Joshua Lackey (Christine), Emily Durmire (Brent) and Lia Hawthorne; his great grandchild Evelyn White; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Abbie Gilley, Mac Lackey, Grace Durmire and Quinlyn Durmire; and also Johanna Lively.
