With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Sue Ostwalt (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 10, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David Wayne Ostwalt; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Peppers and Larry Connolly. She is survived by: her son Jesse David Ostwalt; and her siblings, Lillie Marie Peppers, Saleta Connolly, Rita Elaine Leazer (Warren) and Larry Mason (Kay). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rocky Hill Baptist Church, 823 Mountain View Road, Statesville, NC 28625.
