She was predeceased by: her parents, Smith Isaac and Zilla Ella Cole Rhodes; her husband Mailon "Nick" Deforest Nichols; and her son Kenneth Forrest Nichols.
The funeral will be conducted on Wednesday, December 23rd at 11:00 am at Antioch Baptist Church where the family requests and the church requires that masks and social distancing be the order of the day.
