He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lincoln Turner and Claudia Craig Turner; and his brothers, Otto Turner and Jackie Turner. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Turner; his children, Lynn Turner (Diane) of Statesville, Timothy Turner of Hickory, Sandy Church (Donald) of Wilkesboro and Lisa Hall (Jessie) of Wilkesboro; and his sisters, Betty Cooke of Catawba and Barbara Lewis of Virginia. He is also survived by five granddaughters; five grandsons; multiple great-grandchildren; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
