He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Wayne Walters and Norma Gene Twiss Walters; his wife Gwen Holzmer Walters; his children, Debra (T. J. Lamb) of Mooresville, NC, David Walters (Emilie Walters) of California and Dennis Walters (Hector Franceschi) of Illinois; his grandchildren, Aiden Walters, Ethan Walters, Savannah Lamb and Charlotte Lamb; and his brother Richard Walters (Liz Walters) of California.
