It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Arrowood (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away on December 22, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Arrowood and Lois Barger Arrowood; and his siblings, Tina and Steve. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn Simmons Arrowood; his siblings, Mike Arrowood of Hickory, Gary Arrowood of Bethlehem, Sonny Arrowood of Conover, Kay Kasper of Michigan, David and Wayne Arrowood; his mother-in-law Peggy Simmons; his stepsons, Jason Clary (Brittany) of Hiddenite and Chad Clary of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Addyson, Bellamey, Arya and Jayce Clary.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Alexander County @ 50 Lucy Echerd Ln, Taylorsville, NC 28681 Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Alexander Funeral and Cremation Service.
