He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Mack J. Millsaps and Rachel Stokes Millsaps; and his sister Priscilla Flowers. He is survived by: his brother Darrell Millsaps; and his godson Calvin Parsons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and special friends.
