It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Ralph Sigmon of Taylorsville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sigmon and Ruby Johnson Sigmon; and his siblings, Ruth Sigmon, Fred and Glenn Sigmon.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Ruth Pennell Sigmon; his children, Douglas R. Sigmon and Dawn McCoy (Sidney II); his sister Lois Teague (Bill); his grandchildren, DJ Sigmon, Shyann Sigmon, Sidney III and Ashleigh Waugh; and his great grandchildren, Mason Waugh, Brealyn McCoy Waugh and Ainsley Waugh.
The family request that memorials be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church.
