She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Mackenzie Payne, Miranda Locklear, Macklinton Shook of Taylorsville and Josh Locklear of Maiden; her siblings, Vickie Church and Denny Stafford; her brothers-in-law, Ray Walker of Taylorsville and Greg Locklear of Michigan; her close friend Kelly Bumgarner; and also Harley.
