She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Ruggiero (Jeffrey Sheets) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Sheena Cardwell, Deanna Ruggiero, Tyler Cardwell, Logan Cardwell, Ginita Miller and Nickolas Ward; her great grandchildren, Koben Cardwell, Vivian Adams, Arya Adams, Kaylie Miller, Krista Miller, Aaron Miller and Tessa Miller; and her siblings, Phyllis Rutherford of Toccoa, GA, Carolyn Nichols of Millers Creek, Barbara Dugger (Roger) of Millers Creek and Gary Rutherford (Cynthia) of West Jefferson.
