She was predeceased by: her brother Dale Dyer. She is survived by: her parents, D. Wayne Dyer and Martha Murry Dyer; her husband David Hertzog; her son Nathaniel Hertzog; and her siblings, Hope Dyer Cumbia (Allen), Lisa Dyer Evans (Jack), Elizabeth Dyer Alamilla (Jose) and Eric Dyer (Jamie).
