He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Brigman and Lela Turner Brigman; and his niece Debbie York. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Brigman; his daughter Judy Windorfer; his granddaughters, Jennifer and Ashley; his nephew Michael Wallner (Belinda); and his nieces, Cindy Stone (Earl) and Tina Peace (Mitch).
