He was predeceased by: his father Joshua Locklear; his wife Deidra Mays Locklear; his brother Brian Schwarze; and his grandmother Bess Laventure. He is survived by: his mother Gail Schwarze; his stepfather Dwight Schwarze of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; his children, Joshua Locklear of Maiden, Macklinton Shook of Taylorsville, Mackenzie Payne of Taylorsville and Miranda Locklear of Taylorsville; his brothers, Gregory Locklear of Lincoln Park and Kevin Schwarze of Hazel Park, Michigan; and his grandsons, Brantley and McCrae Shook of Taylorsville.

Covid-19 restrictions apply to all services.
