He was predeceased by: his parents, David Chapman Jr. and Wilma Jones Chapman; and his sisters, Patricia Jordan and Cindy Eurey. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Chapman; his children, Gary Chapman (Sonya) of Taylorsville, Laura Sprinkle (Scott) of Taylorsville and Daniel Chapman (Amy) of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Bryant Chapman (Michaela), Brianna Anderson (Bradley), Isaac Chapman, Emily Huffman (Gavin), Ethan, Lauren Sprinkle, Macy, Micah and Lane Chapman; his great grandchildren, Wren and Jade Chapman; his sisters, Sina Brown, JoEtta Galliher (Danny) of Statesville, Betty Petree (Gray) of Winston-Salem and Sue Mays (Redge) of Taylorsville; and his nephews, Matt Jordan, Will Jordan and Shane Galliher. He is also survived by many other family members, a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
