He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Phillips and Hazel Mae Summers; his wife Adrian Hayes; his children, Rakiah Summers, Rachel Morrison of Statesville, Craig "CJ" Anthony Summers, Jr., Malik Summers and Nicholas Carruth of Statesville; and his brothers, Cameron Summers and Timothy Allison.
