She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wike and Minnie Herman Wike; her husband Jack Shook; and her daughter Amy Herman. She is survived by: her son Richard Shook (Debbie); her grandsons, Andrew Shook (Anna) and Alan Shook (Karen); her great grandchildren, Alan Wade, Amber, Amy, Jacob and Trevor Shook; and her sisters, Shirley Shook (Harold) and Mary Lou Huffman.
