He is survived by: his wife Helen Grinton; his children, Camilia Holmes (Bobby) and DeChane Grinton (Zaria); his sister Bonita Grinton; his grandchildren, Faith Holmes, Chase Holmes and Maliyah Grinton; his niece Dara Grinton; and his great-nephew Jeremiah Whitaker. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
