He is survived by: his wife Erlene Miller Bolick; his sons, Todd Bolick (Shannon) of Taylorsville and Shawn Bolick (Amy) of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Christopher Bolick (Taylor) of Hudson, Vanessa Annas (Jesse) of Taylorsville and Benjamin Bolick of Salisbury; his great grandchildren, Addison Bolick, Hannah Bolick and Abram Annas; and his siblings, Myra Teague (Donny) of Taylorsville, Edgar Bolick of Taylorsville and Martha Bowman.
