She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Horton and Lassie Truelove Horton; her husband Donald Fox; her children, Carol Ann Fox Bowman and Randy Lee Fox; and her siblings, Ellen Hill, Geraldine Turnbill, Pat Berry, Lucille Sigmon, Wanda Hoyle and Steve Horton.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Allen Fox (Mickie); her siblings, Diann Bolick (Alan) and Robert Horton; her grandchildren, Jordan Bowman (Melanie), Nathan Fox (Colleen), Natasha Smith (Aaron), Brittany Travis (Josh) and DJ Fox; and her great grandchildren, Addison Smith, Levi Smith, Matilyn Fox and Walter Fox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
