With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Matheson of Taylorsville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Carol departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Carol. Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, R. Z. Matheson and Beatrice Coleman Matheson; her sister Reita Bryant of Taylorsville; her nephew Zachary Bryant; and her great-nephews, Harrison Bryant (Tabby) and Colin Bryant.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (307 Main Ave Dr, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (307 Main Ave Dr, Taylorsville, NC 28681).
