We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2020, at the age of 89, Burl Kinston Cody (Taylorsville, North Carolina), born in Whitnel, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Alexander Cody and Cordell Correll Cody; and his siblings, Daniel Adam Cody, Helen Cody, Francis Steddum and Kathleen Farmer.
He is survived by: his spouse Dolphine Mooney; his sister Toye Cody Allen; his great grandchildren, Keaton Jenkins, Anderson and Caroline Garrett; and also, Danny, Pam and Teresa.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Hospice and Home Care of Alexander County, 50 Lucy Echerd Lane, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
