He is survived by: his parent Shelby Jean Beheler Emory of Morganton, NC; his wife Charlie Lynn Piercy; his children, Charles Brian Beheler of Taylorsville, Landon Curtis and Raelynn Elaine Piercy of Taylorsville; and his siblings, Cameron Joshua Emery of Morganton and Christina (Salvatore Croce).
