She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Wike Canter (Childers) and Homer Waitsel Canter of Taylorsville, NC.; and her siblings, Bobbi Pennell and Danny Canter. She is survived by: her husband James Douglas Bruce of Charlotte, NC; her daughters, Tina Ligon (Steve) of Charlotte, NC, Tammy Maury (Jose) of Monroe, NC and Terisa Suttle (Nathan) of Monroe, NC; and her grandchildren, Jarrod Ligon and Rachel White. She is also survived by several Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
