He was predeceased by: his nephew Ronnie Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Nolie Lucienda "Cindy" Dupree Lowe; his children, Ryan Lowe (Chrissy), Robert Bryant Lowe, Kenneth Clayton and Lynnette Hillsley (Dustin); his sister Brenda Lowe (Bill); and his niece Amanda Lowe.
