He is survived by: his wife Patsy Icenhour Bentley; his children, Donna Lackey (Jeff), Beverly Hendren (Chris) and Randall Bentley (Lisa); his grandchildren, Mindy Allenbrand (John), Trent Lackey (Kaylynn), Lauren Scott (John), Caleb Hendren (Carmen), Josh Lackey (Callie), Hannah Bentley and Gracie Bentley; his siblings, Hazel Munday (James) and Bobby Bentley; and also Greg Lee.
