She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Jay Stafford and Luda Pope Stafford; her husband Robert "Hall" Millsaps; her son James David Millsaps; and her siblings, AJ, Paul, Frank, John, Henry Stafford, Ruth Kerley, Beth Carver, Murial Stafford and Linda Mc Alpin.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Hall Millsaps, Jr. (Janet) of Taylorsville, Michael Millsaps (Ginger) of Taylorsville and Steve Millsaps (Anita) of Taylorsville; her sister Nell Fulbright of Hickory; her grandchildren, Jamie Starnes (Casey), Matthew Millsaps (Samantha), Jason Millsaps, Angela Hull, Tony Jones (Erin), Mike Jones (Sandra) and Eric Jones; her great grandchildren, Hayden Rector, Calem Moreno, Selena Hull, Molly Starnes, Ashley, Alex, Aaron, Elle Jones and Whitney Sloan; and her great great grandchild Brooke.
